CC McCarter spent more than 30 years working with youth in competitive soccer along with her husband, Richard, who was the Director of Coaching. It was there she realized the need to help raise funds for at-risk youth to help give them the same opportunities to excel. CC would like PRO to be known as the local non-profit organization that helps bridge the gap between other local nonprofits programs and at-risk youth.
She has been a realtor for 7 years & is currently at REMAX River Cities. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids & family. CC loves reading, solving puzzles, crime shows, and who-done-it shows.
Lacey Kraft, native of NB and a graduate from Texas A&M; owns LRK Bookkeeping Services LLC; former treasurer for NBAC (Landa Park Dolphins) and spent several years involved with families on the team until they turned it over to the city.
Lacey learned about PRO working with CC in other professional areas. She says she’s “always had a heart for underprivileged or at-risk youth and was honored to be asked to become the treasurer”. Lacey wants to see opportunities grow for the youth in our community and she feels being involved with PRO is a wonderful way to do that. “I want to help spread the word about PRO until we become a household name for fundraising in our area!”, says Lacey.
Lacey enjoys spending time with her family and catching up with friends. In her spare time, she’s usually reading, doing crosswords, or taking a walk.
Alicia Sayre is a social work student at Texas state university. She serves as the Executive Board Secretary of PRO. She and CC share an interest in non-profit work and both are passionate about serving at-risk youth. They wanted to create a non-profit that was focused on helping the youth in the local community. Alicia wants PRO to serve as a protective factor for the children and the organizations they assist. As PRO grows, she would like to be able to give more scholarships, internships, donations, and connections. In her spare time, Alicia enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family and her dog, hiking, and relaxing at home.

Amber has been in New Braunfels, Texas for the majority of her life and it is where she calls home. She graduated from Canyon High School. She started working in the service industry and stayed for over 20 years… She has always had a passion for PEOPLE. That is what drove her to get my insurance license.
As a single mother of 3, Amber wanted a way to give back to so many organizations in the community but it proved to be challenging to allocate her time between being a mom, business owner, and active in our community!! This is why she loves PRO. She feels she can help be a part of so many areas in need all at 1 time. Amber is beyond excited to capture not only the great events, heart, and integrity of PRO for social media, but she also wants to showcase the amazing things happening within our community. She wishes for PRO to build multiple chapters and help non-profits afar.
Amber enjoys watching her children participate in baseball, football, martial arts, tennis, and volleyball. She also enjoys jazz music, traveling, and working.

Amber is currently serving as PRO’s Director of Sponsorship and Donations. Alicia Sayre first introduced her to PRO and what it was all about. Hearing the mission of this organization and how passionate the members are, made her want to be a part of it!
She feels like PRO is doing amazing things and she cannot wait to see it grow and reach many more organizations working so hard to improve the quality of life for our community’s youth.
In her free time, she loves keeping up with her small wood-burning business as well as spending time with her fiancé and their sweet baby boy. They love all things outdoors and catching some good live music!
